I. Data Administrator
Administrator of personal data is „Karol Kania i Synowie” Company with limited liability with its office at ul. Studzienicka 52, 43-211 Piasek
II. Purposes and legal basis for processing your personal data
The Administrator processes the data within range necessary for operating the contact form, including subject indicated in the question. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 section 1 point a of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC ( hereinafter “GDPR”).
III. The requirement to provide personal data
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary to process the question contained in the contact form
IV. Information on personal data recipients
Regarding processing of personal data for the purposes indicated in point II, the personal data may be disclosed to the following recipients or types of recipients:
a) parties related personally and by capital with the Administrator
b) parties supporting the Administrator in the performance of his duties arising from the recruitment process, employment contract, civil law contracts, including parties processing personal data for the Administrator (so-called data processors);
c) public administration entities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public administration entities, to the extent and for purposes that result from legal provisions.
V. Personal data processing periods
Personal data will be processed through period necessary for processing the question extended by 6 more calendar months starting from the end of processing the question; however, not longer than for a period of one year. However, if the application is related to a claim, then personal data will be processed until the expiration of the claim. After the expiry of the above periods, personal data may still be processed to the extent required by law.
VI. Profiling and automated decision making
The Administrator does not utilise automated decision making or profiling as understood within art. 23 of GDPR.
VII. The rights of the person whose personal data is being disclosed
The Administrator ensures that all persons whose personal data is processed have appropriate rights under the GDPR, i.e.:
a) the right to access personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of that data;
b) the right to request rectification (correction) of personal data;
c) the right to request the deletion of personal data (the so-called “right to be forgotten”);
d) the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data;
e) the right to transfer personal data;
The Administrator also provides the right to object to the processing of personal data
VIII. The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data
The person concerned with personal data has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal
IX. The right to lodge a complaint ta a supervisory body
In case if the processing of personal data by the Administrator violates the provisions of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with to supervisory body, i.e. to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection
X. Forwarding personal data to entities outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or international organizations
The Administrator will not forward personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
